Any purchase of goods on this site implies that you have read & understood our Privacy Policy, Payment & Security information, Delivery process, and have agreed to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below.

Who can order

We only accept orders from Individuals where the Billing & Shipping addresses match. For credit card payments, we will only ship to the address provided by our payment processor (if it is a location we ship to) against your order. This is necessary to reduce fraudulent payments, to keep honest businesses like us alive to serve you for longer.

Customers are required to register with full and accurate personal data and contact details. Pseudonyms are not accepted. Every account must have a valid phone number and e-mail address which we can use to contact you in the case of order queries or delivery exceptions.

We do not accept orders in the name of businesses, or from individuals whose Billing & Shipping addresses differ or cannot be verified. We also do not ship to P.O.Boxes. In such cases, we will issue a full refund & cancel the order.

Reward Points

Purchase of some items can earn you reward points, which can be redeemed on future purchases.

Prices & Shipping

We do not charge you any taxes or customs duties for your purchases on this website. You're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Taxes & Customs Duties as per your country's laws will need to be paid by you in addition to the item price & shipping costs at the time of receiving delivery. Please ensure you have adequate funds available at that time to cover this expense.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery period estimates.

The shipping rates shown during  checkout represent the total shipping costs payable. In some cases, courier rates may be higher than what we charge you. In  such cases we will inform you of any additional charges and await your confirmation prior to processing your order.

Returns / Refunds

Shipping & Handling charges, wherever specified, are non-refundable.

If for any reason we are unable to procure the item for you, we will notify you and issue a full Refund (including Shipping & Handling charges), and then Cancel the order.

All Refunds will follow the same payment method, and be made to the same account from which the payment was received.

Unless otherwise specified, all our Electronics products / Gadgets come with a 12-month  warranty on the product, and 3-month warranty on their accessories. You may return new, unopened items for store  credit, less a 20% restocking fee, within 14 business days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all  included accessories intact. The price of any items or accessories lost during the return process will also be deducted from the refund.

Defective or damaged items will be exchanged, or the product cost credited for other store purchases, if the buyer reports the problems within 7 business days of delivery via the Returns form.

For any Return, the buyer must contact us via the Returns form to describe reason for returns and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending the items back for exchange or credit. Returns without prior discussion & authorization will not be accepted.

The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping,  insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the  items for exchange or credit. Shipping and handling  fees shall not be credited.

The buyer shall also be responsible for  all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when we return the replaced items to the buyer.

We shall not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return  shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer use a  traceable means to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance.

We'll  notify you by email once we've received and processed your returned  item. We typically process your returned items within 3 to 5 days of  receiving them.

We do not offer warranty or support for products not bought from our store

The user voids the warranty if she flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.

The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.

Batteries have a 14-day limited warranty i.e. if the batteries will not recharge, or appear to drain too fast, contact customer service with your order number and the product code, and we will confirm if it can be replaced.

For Online Delivery (download) digital items such as e-books & software, you have 60 days from time of product purchase for product returns / refund requests to avail of our 100% money-back guarantee. No requests will be entertained beyond this time.

Account Termination

If there is any criminal activity or attempt to defraud detected on your account, or if there is an unacceptable use of the product sold to you, your account at our store will be suspended immediately, and depending on our assessment of the impact of such activity, we reserve the right to pursue a legal recourse.

We shall do our best to provide timely and helpful customer support to all genuine buyers. If you find problems with our service, please contact us at our support e-mail address and we will try to resolve any problem as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any one at any time, if it is not feasible for us.

We reserve the right to terminate any transactions at any time, and refund the full payment within a reasonable period of time, if we cannot service your order.

We reserve the right to modify our shipping and handling, return policy, and other terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

All disputes related to the items purchased at this store shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable.
