Destinations: Downloadable products such as e-books, articles, and software are delivered anywhere in the world via a download link. We ship physical goods to virtually any country in Asia, Europe, and USA. There are some restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we will contact you with options.

Shipping Costs: The shipping rates shown during checkout represent actual rates for most countries. In some cases, courier rates may be higher than what we have listed on our site. In such cases we will inform you of any additional charges and await your confirmation prior to processing your order. As shipping rates are FIXED per order, you can reduce your shipping costs by adding more items to a SINGLE order.

Taxes & Customs Duties: We do not charge you any taxes or customs duties on your purchase on this website. Taxes & Customs Duties as per your country's laws will need to be paid by you in addition to the price & shipping costs at the time of receiving delivery. Please ensure you have adequate funds available at that time to cover this expense.

Shipping Availability Date:
• For items in stock, orders will be available for shipping within 2-3 business days after payment has been cleared.
• For items out of stock, we will notify you of the expected product availability date.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.

Delivery Period of time: All shipments will be delivered via the shipping method you selected. For air courier, delivery time will generally take from 3 to 5 business days after the shipping date. Total delivery time, including preparing the order for shipping and shipping time, is typically 6 to 8 business days. In some cases, your customs authority may hold your order which may delay the delivery date.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Online delivery items will be delivered via a download link after purchase confirmation.

Returns / Refunds

Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable

Unless otherwise specified, all our Electronics products come with a 12-month warranty on the product, and 3-month warranty on their accessories.

You may return new, unopened items for store credit, less a 20% restocking fee, within 14 business days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact.

Defective or damaged items will be exchanged, or the product cost credited for other store purchases, if the buyer reports the problems within 14 business days of delivery.

For all returns, the buyer must contact sales @ clintongoveas.com via e-mail to describe reason for returns and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number prior to sending the items back for exchange or credit. Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items for exchange or credit. Shipping and handling fees shall not be credited.

The buyer shall also be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when we return the replaced items to the buyer.

We shall not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer use a traceable means to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance.

We'll notify you by email once we've received and processed your returned item. We typically process your returned items within 3 to 5 days of receiving them.

• We do not offer warranty or support for products not bought from our store

• The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage
• The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.
• Batteries have a 14-day limited warranty i.e. the batteries will not recharge, or appear to drain too fast, contact customer service with your order number and the product code, and we will confirm if it is faulty & can be replaced

For Online Delivery (download) items such as e-books & software, you have 60 days from time of product purchase for product returns / refund requests to avail of our 100% money-back guarantee. No requests will be entertained beyond this time.
